I bet this production was probably paid for by an oil company in Alberta. I hope they plays this on TV because it will only make Danny more popular. Danny's the Man down here.
When Danny goes down south i bet he secretly meets with Hugo Chavez.
This kind of internet defamation of our Premier is an insult to the people of Newfoundland and Labrador.
bill you should do what everyone else does and vent your outrage by calling bill rowe. that'll teach them.
Bill should call Randy. At least Randy isn't in love with his own voice.
Take a pill, Bill!
"bill", I respect your willingness to identify yourself with at least a Christian name. However, I have to disagree with your characterization of this video as "defamation". All it does is outline the facts: there has been no economic development and significant economic contraction under this administration, while the Premier has launched a new brand image putatively to instil pride in Newfoundlanders and Labradorians.
It does imply or suggest failure or lack of concern on the Premier's part. That is not defamation, but criticism, which is the duty of thinking citizens in a democracy.
Further, it does not impune the character of Newfoundlanders and Labradorians in any way. We are mentioned only obliquely, through the implication that there are not enough jobs to go around for all of us.
While it may be considered by the more sensitive personality to be insulting to the Premier, it is not insulting to the people of the province, of whom I am one.
I don't feel insulted at all.
We are not amused!
Does this mean Danny is unpopular? Mom, help me out here. What does this mean? If Danny is not popular then I am not a Conservative, right? Or does that mean I am one? Oh what does it mean? Can I call Brian? How do I ask? What am I? What do I believe in? Where should I run?
